About the Role:
• Emerald Cruises is seeking high-performing and motivated young engineers to join our team at Halong Shipyard. We work on world-class cruise ship projects that demand precision, discipline, and a strong technical mindset — far beyond the usual standards in the market.
• If you’re a top student with excellent academic results and a passion for marine or mechanical engineering, this is your chance to apply your knowledge in a real, large-scale shipbuilding environment. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• As a Junior Engineer, you will support and learn from experienced professionals in:
• Monitoring ship production activities such as piping, welding, and equipment installation.
• Assisting in inspection and testing processes (leak tests, pressure tests, commissioning, etc.).
• Reviewing and checking engineering drawings and documentation under supervision.
• Supporting installation of major machinery and ship systems.
• Participating in function tests and sea trials.
• Preparing technical notes and quality records.
Yêu cầu công việc
What We’re Looking For:
• Fresh graduate in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong academic background — high GPA and solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to take on technical challenges.
• Willing to learn and grow in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
