Junior Marketing Executive

• Junior Executive level, report to Marketing Manager

• Mainly in charge of content/trade/stores marketing for Pho Thin & Sol Butcherant Steak Restaurant

• In charge of Social Media activities

• In charge of Customer Services on media channels, resolve customer's complaints and ensure customer's satisfaction

• Market reseacrh: identify needs and make plan

• Team work, brainstorm for marketing ideas of seasonal and periodical promotion campaigns, sales boosting programs, brand identities

• Working with outsourcing graphics designers for all necesssary designs of all POSM items

• Coordinate with suppliers, event organizers

• Supervise POSM productions

• In charge of POSM display at stores

• Thematic campaign, partnership with other brands, new product launching

• Evaluate marketing campaigns, reports, suggest alternatives/adjustment for boosting sales and improving future plans.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or admin management.

• Related experiences: At least two years of trade/stores marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, FMCG (fast-moving consumer products) industry, or 1-2 years in a marketing and sales job.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business, marketing, and consumer behavior.

• Ability to read, process and analyze large volumes of data.

• Good communication and analytical abilities.

• The ability to think logically, critically, and proactively when self-learning new information.

• Good work result deliverer and customer service mindset.

• Sensitive and resolute, with a creative approach to problem solving solutions.

• Good presentation skill.

• Word, Excel, Power Point, Social Apps proficiency...

• Willing to travel between stores on a daily basis.

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays (but not frequent).
