Junior Merchandiser

• Support product development activities, including sample reviews, tracking product specifications, and coordinating with suppliers.

• Follow up on purchase orders, production progress, and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

• Work closely with suppliers to resolve production issues, quality concerns, or unexpected delays.

• Assist in sourcing new materials, suppliers, and manufacturing options.

• Maintain and update product data, costing sheets, and order documentation.

• Liaise with internal teams (design, QA, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of all merchandising tasks.

• Monitor market trends and competitor products to support merchandising decisions.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal updates as required.

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or a similar role.

• Previous experience in furniture, home décor, or interior-related companies is required or highly preferred.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of accountability.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with merchandising or ERP systems is a plus.
