Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior analysts in the development and implementation of quantitative models and strategies.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to support trading and investment decisions.
- Analyze and interpret trading, market-specific, and economic data, such as flows, volume, time, cycle, GDP, inflation, employment, monetary policy, etc., to understand their impact on financial markets and to identify patterns/trends that could inform trading decisions.
- Build and maintain time-series analysis and financial models to forecast market movements and evaluate the performance of investments.
- Identify and track key risk factors that could affect the performance of investments.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new sources of data and research opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of research reports and presentations for clients.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, finance, economics, engineering) is a plus, but it’s definitely not a must. You don’t need to have a prestigious degree to join this role.
- Zero work experience is not a problem, but you must show interest in financial markets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and programming languages such as Python, or R.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and financial markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Perspicacity and Indefatigability.
