- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of banking services,with the guidance of more experienced members of the team.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
- Work in partnership with Compliance to understand local regulations.
- Work in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with the deal.
- Work in partnership with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement of operational efficiency and support implementation.
- Support more experienced members of the team by conducting operational activities in order to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Review financial models and research in order to develop a detailed understanding of the Bank’s customers and their business strategies.
- Collate information from customers in order to perform operational activities including but not limited to compliance checks and transaction processing.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively and courteously with others.
- Good communication English skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with other departments
- Detailed understanding of MUFG’s policy, products and services.
- Good understanding of local regulations and laws for banking sector.
