Junior Sales Engineer (Ho Chi Minh City)

Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Sales Engineer position based in Ho Chi Minh City, representing BWT and IQAir Vietnam. The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to promote and sell advanced water and air filtration solutions. The Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, and supporting the implementation of technical solutions. This includes conducting site visits, providing technical consultations, preparing proposals, and contributing to the overall sales growth and revenue targets in the HCMC area.

• Assist in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate technical solutions

• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical demonstrations

• Keep up to date with products and competitors

• Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

• Prepare sales proposals, technical documents, and quotations under senior guidance

• Expand client data base

• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services

• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems

Some of our clients: large international schools, embassies, resorts, office buildings, gym & fitness clubs, restaurants and coffee shops, residential clients, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Electronics

or a related field

• Min. 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a technical sales role

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

• A passion for sales, and the drive to achieve targets

• Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work autonomously, and comfortable with travel within the designated sales territory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in water or air filtration or similar industries are considered advantageous
