Junior/ Senior Accounting

Purpose:

We are looking for an Junior/ Senior accounting, this opportunity is open for both experienced and fresh candidates to join our service team with the details and expectations below.

As an Accounting Consultant, you'll be able to participate in providing accounting services for multinational companies in Vietnam. You will get an opportunity to gain critical skills that are essential to advance career paths in the Accounting service area.

• Receive and check related documents sent by clients; then bookkeeping/ updating accounting software accordingly;

• Prepare tax reports such as VAT declaration, PIT, CIT, FCT and other taxes (if any);

• Prepare financial statements and maintain complete documents and records of assigned clients

• Insurance declaration

• Payroll preparing

• Other additional tasks as required by supervisor and/or clients.

Job requirement:

Depending on your working experience, this position can be decided to offer for a Senior or Junior role.

For Senior candidate:

• Graduated from university or postgraduate school, majoring in finance, accounting, or auditing.

• At least 2 years of experience working in the accounting or tax area;

• Previous working experience in international accounting and tax services firms is preferable.

• Deep understanding of Vietnam tax law and enterprise regulations

• Priority is given to candidates who have experience in tax examination and working with tax authorities

• Proficient in English, good command of Korean and/or Chinese is an advantage

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …), accounting software

• Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel (when required).

• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

For Junior candidate:

• Graduated from university, majoring in finance, accounting, or auditing;

• Fresh graduates are well come to apply if they can show your interest in Accounting and tax area;

• Previous working experience in international accounting and tax services firms is preferable;

• Good command of English (and/or Chinese / Korean is an advantage);

• Good communication skills and attention to details;

• Able to work in a team and independently.
