Junior Tax Consultant / Nhân Viên Tư Vấn Thuế Thu Nhập Cá Nhân

• Prepare payroll including calculation of overtime payment and compulsory insurance contributions;

• Research and interpret changing tax legislation;

• Check the information provided by Clients to make sure that sufficient and accurate information for tax purposes;

• Prepare any required document and procedure for tax registration, declaration, and payment/refund;

• Produce reports and presentations for Clients;

• Prepare and submit tax returns by the deadline for the Client;

• Respond to queries from Clients and/or provide advice for tax issues by email, telephone, or meeting upon the instruction of the supervisor;

• Carry out detailed computations to calculate tax liability and advise on how to minimize a client’s liability;

• Liaise, present explanations and negotiate with the Tax Office and Insurance office on behalf of the client;

• Perform other duties as requested by Clients and the Company.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

• Need 1 Junior minimum of 1 year of working experience in a Junior position

• Tax Practicing Certificate or ACCA/ICAEW/ Vietnamese or foreign CPA preferred

• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, tax practice in Vietnam

Skills:

• Ability to direct and manage client engagements.

• Strong project management and time management & team management skills

• Possess a good balance of strong audit skills and business acumen.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication at a minimum Business Level.
