Junior/Mid Level Accountant

Junior Accountant

Attend in teams providing secondment accounting services to clients such as follows task:

• Manage daily bookkeeping for all revenues and expenses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.

• A/R (Accounts Receivable) and A/P (Accounts Payable) management and reconciliation

• Issue and manage output invoices

• Prepare monthly payroll for clients’ employees and Social, health and unemployment insurance tracking

• Prepare PIT (Personal Income Tax) and VAT reports.

• Coordinate with auditors as needed.

• Communicate directly with clients in both English and Vietnamese regarding daily tasks.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Mid-level Accountant

Attend in teams providing secondment accounting services to clients such as follows task:

• Prepare and review monthly payroll;

• Prepare and review documentation to complete social and health insurance procedures as well as labor procedures.

• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT).

• Perform and review monthly and annual accounting works for Clients; A/R A/P, Invoice management, and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare and review financial statements and work with the auditor, and tax inspector for the related issues (if any)

• Prepare or review other compulsory reports.

• Work with related authorities when required.

• Communicate directly to clients for daily tasks in English and Vietnamese.

• Support the internal team for the ad-hoc tasks.

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience

• Good knowledge of regulation, accounts payable, and general accounting procedures

• University qualification in economics/finance or accounting

• Having experience with Tax accountant under Vietnam Tax Law

• Having experience in making Finance reports

• Be good spoken and written English

• Knowledge of Excel plus other accounting software

• Be self-motivated and work well in a team

• Having experience in a consulting firm is a plus

• A Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus
