- Develop the Finance and Accounting system for the new markets: headcounts, recruitment, initial training support - Collaborate with IT to implement, install SAP software (core FICO version) and monitor the initial data recording system - Initiate coordination with relevant departments, participate in deploying software for sales, after-sales, warranty... with data connection to SAP FICO - Manage and support accounting work in operational markets - Provide support/hire consultants to complete initial tax procedures according to local regulations; plan tax rates/incentives applicable to VinFast's business in foreign markets - Support the development of delegation handbook and processes on Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance with SOX in the initial period - Coordinate with global business finance, financial management of VinFast in supporting VinFast foreign markets

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Audit fields - At least 5-year experience in setting up SAP, ERP system - Experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit in large company (Have worked in Big4 is preferred) - Very self-confident, precise and well-organized person - Ability to work under high pressure - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Fluent English
