Kế Toán Trưởng/Chief Accountant

Key responsibility:

• To be in charge of financial and accounting function, control ERP system of accounting and warehouse (Biz-master system)

• Being responsible for financial statement report in monthly, quarterly and yearly basic

• Being responsible for tax reports (PIT, CIT, FCT) and dealing with Tax officers for related issues

• Preparing all documents for tax refund

• Maintaining and developing the accounting procedure, making sure that the company procedures consistent with current policies

• Following up and adjusting the accounting software based on the company regulation

• Preparing budget reports, analysis report to help BOM in making management decisions

• Regularly updating tax regulation, circulars, … relating to company fields

• Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 5 năm với vai trò kế toán trưởng

At least 5 years of experience of chief accountant position in manufacturing company

• Sử dụng tốt excel, báo cáo hàng hóa

Proficient in Excel and inventory/reporting tasks.

• Linh hoạt trong công việc, sắp xếp

Flexible and adaptable in work arrangements and task coordination.

• Giao tiếp ứng xử tốt với công nhân viên và quản lý cấp cao

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact well with workers and senior management.

• Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao

Capable of working under high pressure.

• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn tốt

Good at English/Korean (both communication and reading/writing).
