The Key Account Assistant Manager leads assigned store teams in achieving the sales objectives for perspective customer as set in the Customer Marketing Plans and Customer Business Plans.
• Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance
• Coach the Field Sales force for Performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within his/her team
• Lead the Field Sales Force by showing the example
• Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at POS in order to further build market share
• Build excellent relationships with the regional/local responsible manager of the concerned Customers
• Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters on a regular and continuous basis
• Manage Sales-In , Sales-Out and Stock Availability
• Execute Customer Plan of NPD, Promotion, Activation and Visibility Plan
• Establish and manage Relationship with Store Management as Unilever Representative
• Coordinate with Customer Management Team in developing Customer Plan and then convert Customer Plan into Store Standard
• Manage Store Staff : SIP, SA, BA and Sales Rep. following the Standard
• Customer Facing experience combined with Brand Building experience is ideal
• Proven people management capabilities
