Job Summary

▪ Managing and developing key accounts within the MT Channel - Multi-brand Stores (MBS): Hasaki, Guardian, BeautyBox, Glam Boutique,...

▪ Building strong relationships with key clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

▪ Handle important administrative tasks, such as order processing, trading terms, contract management.

▪This role requires a deep understanding of the Beauty industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in key account management.



Principal Accountabilities

1. Key Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients in the MT channels, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs, objectives, and challenges.

2. Sales and Business Development

- Identify new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and proactively pursue them.

- Develop account-specific strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Product Development, to develop tailored solutions for key clients.

3. Account Planning and Execution

- Develop strategic account plans, including sales targets, objectives, and action plans.

- Implement account strategies to achieve sales goals and increase market share.

- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management

- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with key clients, including pricing, promotions, and trade agreements.

- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner.

5. Market and Competitive Analysis

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.

- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop effective promotional activities and merchandising plans.

7. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain a comprehensive customer database and ensure accurate and up-to-date account information.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

- Proactively anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Qualification and Experience

▪ Bachelor's degree or above.

▪ More than 3 years of related experience in Cosmetics or Retail industry, specifically in the MT channel - Multibrand Store (MBS): Hasaki, Guardian, BeautyBox, Glam Boutique,...

▪ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.



Skill Sets

▪ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Beauty industry, including market dynamics, key players, and trends. Familiarity with MBS and GT channels is essential.

▪ Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish trust and credibility with key clients. Proven experience in managing and nurturing long-term business relationships.

▪ Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

▪ Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative account plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

▪ Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations.

▪ Self-motivated and result-oriented. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

▪ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

▪ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
