Key account executives have to be able to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients. They may also be tasked with developing new business opportunities or identifying ways that their company can better serve existing clients.
Be a point of contact to key customers and resolve any issues that they have
• Identifying and assess a customer‘s critical needs
• Building relationships and maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their services, ensure repeat business and new business opportunities
• Building and opening the amount of potential customers,
• Identifying new business opportunities with prospective clients through calling or networking
• Following and making partner contract
• Identifying potential problems with clients before they arise and recommending solutions
• Implement market development campaigns deployed by the company
• Keeping update market trend and competitors
• Doing monthly, quarterl, yearly Report about plan, sales, customer.. and other report as assigned by Line Manager
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by immediate manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years of sales or key account management experience in FMCG, Pharmacy
- Good communication skill and administration.
- Good English & Computer skill (especially Excel. Word).
- High attention to details, positive thinking and eager to learn.
