Mô Tả Công Việc
- Being a trusted expert to consult clients in terms of their business status, identify their issue if any, in order to drive sales
- Understands the client’s motivations and goals to predict their needs
- Helps the account define solutions to core problems affecting the local execution of strategy and the account’s desired outcome
- Closely partnering to support accounts for creating & planning field sales activities initiatives such as recruiting, rallies, seminars… in order to motivate, develop & maximize their force.
- Manage & lead sales or clients' related projects as per assignment.
2/ Business Analyzing
- Analyzes qualification and re-qualification data to identify root cause problems
- Develops tailored messaging for specific clients to address short-term, tactical concerns
- Identifies strengths and gaps in the local execution of strategy
- Ensures the account uses standard metrics and policies to monitor progress against the tactical plan
- Measures account performance in relation to the agreed upon tactical plan
- Generates alerts and notifications to drive tactical execution and downline performance
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Sales B2B or related job roles
- Logical thinking, proactive and "can-do" attitude, data analyzing skills
- Effective communication & good presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good in MS Office
