To increase brand share in assigned regions/customers by building excellent business relationships with customers via solution selling.
The main point of contact for these key customers.
1. Develop annual and monthly customer account plans for assigned accounts according to Strategy to ensure turnover, volume, distribution, and gross margin targets are met.
2. Do up menu analysis by the customer to identify both short and long term business opportunities together with an action plan which is in line with strategy/direction
3. Implement agreed on business development strategies for assigned accounts
4. Effectively manage trading terms and monitor growth plan.
5. Gain insight & understanding into chain operators and leverage these commercial insights with channel marketing to create a sustainably profitable business for both parties
6. Drive Solution / Concept selling via Ideation sessions and manage the entire process from initial to launch.
7. Negotiate on price with customers to ensure the total volume and profit target are met.
8. Regularly conduct customer business review
9. Build up strong relationships with customers through high-quality services and solutions.
10. Co-ordinate with internal business support from the chef, Push teams Research & Development, Supply Chain, Channel Marketing, and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
11. Implement other activities as directed by the Line Manager.
12. Compliance with company and safety standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with a minimum 1 year in key account management experience.
• Possess knowledge and experience in Foodservice industry.
• Well versed with MS office applications.
