Mô Tả Công Việc
• Implement priorities or plan of actions of Customer plan or JBP which are scoped at assigned centres or territory level.
• Maintain relationship with key stakeholders of KA in the assigned territory or centres.
• Handle operational activities of assigned centres and drive incremental in Share of voice and Share of In-Arm.
• Act as brand/product communicator in SP activities executed at assigned centres.
1. Vaccines Centre and stakeholder Profiling
• Complete Vx centre profile when needed (new opening, changes, delete/close)
• Update operational changes in assigned centres, territory (medical guideline, promotion, community activities, policy, KPIs)
• Identity key stakeholders, R&R and their influence in decision map.
2. Customer and Demand Plan
Coordinate and support KAM in building Customer and Demand Plan
• Suggest detailed activities plan for assigned centres in the month, quarter which is supportive to total customer plan.
• Work with all internal and external stakeholders to prepare all steps to run these activities.
• Provide inputs for bottom-up demand in term of In-Arm for assigned centres.
3. Operation and Execution
• Perform all necessary steps in eHAT, eBuy, Optima system
• Organize Mini-Symposium, Hospital meeting, GPP every month as event organizer and executer.
• Present all product presentation as per approved to HCPs at these events.
• Co-ordinate to organize Symposium, events, webinar, CME with marketing and medical.
• Implement POSM or promotional activities at these centres
• Manage assigned projects related to this KA.
4. Stakeholder relationship
• Identify prioritized stakeholders to engage in the month, ways of approach.
• Perform F2F Visit, meeting with heads of centers, head of doctors, people at center level
• Handle or coordinate with Medical team to address product, medical queries from centres
• Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders at assigned centres.
5. Market Intelligence and Reporting
• Report activities performance
• Report IA, stock or competitor activities.
• Report traffic or market intelligence.
• Timely update all movement at centres level
CONTACT WITH OTHERS:
• Internal: Cross Functional Collaboration with KAM, MKT, Medical, BOSD, Sales, EBI
• External: Customers (KOLs, HCPs, Operational Lead, Management and Operational team), Distributors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Medical background is required (Pharmacist University Degree or Medical doctor)
• Experienced in Pharma/Vaccine industry as senior MR
• Good Vaccine Product knowledge and Presentation
• Good selling & influencing skills
• Good event management skill
