- Plan, lead & supervise MT Sale strategies (Cosmetics) to deliver Sales target (promotions, display, key activities in OTO, ect,
- Coordinate with related functions (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operation teams, Partners) to ensure flawless operations at MT channels
Reports to: MT Sales Manager
Mainly in charge of MT Channels, in specific: Guardian, Big C, Lotte, Winmart, Emart
- Develop, review & be accountable for promotion programs enabling customers negotiation on posts & enable strongly from Offline to Online.
- Follow the strategic marketing plan to deploy & deal more extra display & POSM instore to conduct program/campaigns for high effectiveness.
- Implement program and sales plan to OP team to follow and push sales.
- Follow & check the customer's aligned promotion to make sure plan & sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and follow monthly /yearly sales progress.
- Conduct weekly & monthly sales report with data analysis to check & learn to plan for next steps
- Solve problems arising at work.
- Propose appropriated plans and program s to increase sales and compete with other competitors

Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
- University BA graduate.
- 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry (Cosmetics field is a plus).
Technical & Professional competencies required:
- Strong Analytical, planning, negotiation, teamwork & coordination skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
