Job description
- Prepare proposal/presentation/negotiation to approach and acquire new partners
- Lead the kick-off meetings to introduce services and cooperation models with the company.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Ensure the company’s products and services are delivered to partners promptly.
- Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Coordinate with internal units to ensure the projects are successfully implemented.
- Plan, develop, execute and manage partnership/promotion programs to enhance revenue, transactions, or other KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports of performance and progress, as well as forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Ensure to achieve KPI targets assigned by direct manager.
- Other duties/projects as assigned by direct manager.
Job requirements
• Proven 4-6 years working experience as B2B key account manager in relevant sector
• Must have working knowledge/background in Fintech/Online Payment/e-wallet/Insurance/Consumer Finance/Banking industry or relevant industries
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving and negotiation, influencing skills
• Excellent projects and tasks management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experienced in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Good English communication skills are a preferred
