Job Description

1. Responsible for developing distribution channels, especially for modern trade channel
2. Maintain good relationship with external partners to increase product listings, sales and profitability
3. Work with internal partners for perfect channel display
4. Managing and controlling the trading terms and promotional budget
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Aim to exceed sales target

Job Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing/business administration or management
2. Having at least 5 years of work experience as a sales management with at least 3 years experience in beauty/personal care products
3. Strong networking with modern trade channels is a big plus
4. Able to work in a team and individually to handle multibrands
5. Fast paced, agile with good work ethic and analytical skills
6. Ms. Office and English proficiency
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
8. Willing to travel

3. Working time: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mondays – Fridays)
