Job Description

1. Customer engagement
- Develop long-term partnership with the key accounts & key professional associations, SoH, VSS
- Maintain regular connection with KDMs at Pharma Dept & Board of Director of the key accounts
- Understand the tender & reimbursement policy to ensure Viatris product listed into hospital tenders with appropriate quota as well as tender optimization in cooperation with Marketing & Field Force
- To comply with all Corporate Policies and Procedures, while conducting all job-related activities with integrity and adherence to high standards of business conduct

2. Key account business planning:
- Develop account specific strategies and tactics to support the achievement of business targets
- Allocate and manage operational, promotional, and capital budgets throughout business cycle.
- Identify and Realize opportunities to optimize and build account plan business.
- Monitor, report & analyze the performance metrics which express the effectiveness and efficiency of the KAM function to ensure actual performance is in line with strategic and business objectives

3. Coach & Play Role_ applied for KAM:
- Conduct monthly development coaching and semi-annual performance appraisal with KAE
- Provide team training as required to address collective development needs
- Identify/retain key talents and submit consistent poor performers to a leaver process
- Develop and implement strategies to drive and motivate team

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical area
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma industry
• Minimum 2 years-experience in field force management including hiring, directing and managing field force activities
• Marketing experience if preferred
• Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment
• Cross functional collaborative experience
• Good communication in written and spoken English. Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word
