Key Account Manager

 Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key accounts and Würth business units located in Vietnam and globally around the world;
 Expending relationships and business scope with existing Key Accounts and acquisition of new Key Accounts
 Build-Up and management of a pipeline and a potential oriented sales approach in order to reach individual and company sales, growth and gross profit targets
 Assisting in the resolution of key account issues and complaints,
 Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and a portfolio of solutions for such needs;
 Anticipating changes in structures of the organization of Key Accounts and management of the adjustment of Würth’s approach towards Key Accounts accordingly
 Working with sales, logistics, purchasing, marketing and other stake holders within the company in order to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded while maintaining efforts on an economical level
 Establish and engage in up-selling and/or cross-selling activities in order to maximize market share and profitability for both the customer as well as the Würth organization;
 Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainings.
 Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines;
 Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives.
 Other tasks assigned by the company.
