Key Account Manager (E-Commerce)

Store Operations & Management

● Set up and manage online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website for international markets.

● Create new products and optimize content: images, descriptions, categories, pricing, and shipping settings.

● Arrange store layout to enhance visibility and shopping experience.

● Monitor operations and troubleshoot arising issues.

Planning & Execution

● Develop monthly promotion plans based on sales targets.

● Work with platform KAMs to negotiate campaigns and programs.

● Prepare monthly POs and forecast demand.

Internal Collaboration

● Work with CS, Ads/Performance, and Content & Media teams.

● Ensure timelines for tasks related to store operations.

Reporting & Analysis

● Track key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, revenue, orders, inventory.

● Prepare periodic reports and propose optimization plans.

Other

● Perform tasks assigned by the Market Lead.

● Contribute ideas to improve processes and drive sales growth.

● ~1 year of experience in E-commerce operations (experience with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a plus).

● Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operating processes.

● Good English skills.

● Basic Excel skills.

● Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn.

● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
