Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
Impact on Business:
Work closely with Sales Manager & Global Key Account Manager, provides inputs required to develop customer account annual plan, including business plan, business activity and budget and alignment with GKAM strategy to protect or expand business locally.
Develop, apply, monitor, evaluate and revise (where necessary) the strategic activity plans with specific remedial actions to drive business performance, maintain good customer relationship and reach achievable sales target
Manage day-to-day activities including sharing new product information, providing quotation, ordering, handling customer complaints & resolving complex customer issues.
Possess product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business need.
Work closely with “Quotation Centre” in presenting proposals or project tenders.
Liaison and maintain good relationship with existing clients and new ones.
Periodic reporting on market trends, sales projections, competitor activities and major sales activities highlighting on possible solutions of any shortcomings.
Organize and conduct product seminars and presentation of new products launching, services that fit well with clients' business needs in order to expand Festo market share.
To perform any ad hoc tasks been assigned from time to time.

Development of competitive advantage with focus on process efficiency and customer benefits.
Identify and verify future trends of customers and secure the transfer of information to the company.
Support the market development through identification of additional business opportunities.
Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties:
Act with customers and identifies key decision makers and influencers on customer side
Represent the brand at the point of customer contact
Maintains personal and written contacts with customers and prospects
Negotiates contracts for relevant customers
Internal communication (Sales Team, Technical Service, Service Hub) for general coordination of interdepartmental issues and about customer needs
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Diploma or degree in Automation/Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in sales with industrial automation or relevant business. Special experience in a particular industry segment: Electronics like Smartphone, PCB, OLED, Battery, Solar, Semicon & Machine builder (Small part assembly)
Good in spoken and written English & Speak Chinese, Chinese dialect.
Good in computer skills such as Microsoft office, SAP, internal Sales platforms.
Strong performance and problem-solving orientation.
Openness and Flexibility.
Customer orientated and analytically strong.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Highly organized, even in a scale-up environment.
Result-driven and self-motivated.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in direct handling of customers, ideal in a virtual/digital environment.
Ideally experiences in pneumatic/electrical product industry.
Have an own car & driving license.
