Key Account Manager for Flavors (Sales Flavors for Food , Beverage Manufacturers)

As an Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving and taking care of Corporate Clients, including but not limited to:
- Develop sales strategies to satisfy business plan objectives, as well as to maximize sales opportunities via an account plan, develop trustful relationships with a portfolio of major key clients and new customer. You will be responsible for developing sales of flavors in the markets of Vietnam for leading Food , Beverage Manufacturers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Co-design and implementation of a market and customer-oriented sales strategy.
- Implementing sales plan and achieve sales targets. Efficient on project management to deliver high an win rate. Creation of annual sales budget and regular target achievement projections.
- Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts; submission documents and presentations. Close interdisciplinary cooperation with development departments and marketing internally. Analysis of customer, segment and market needs as well as creation and holdings for presentation of product solutions.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements. Participation in fairs and events by clients. Approaching clients, uncovering the needs, and brainstorming the best solutions that meet client’s expectations. Preparing sales proposals and conducting sales pitches/presentations.
- Ensure the correct products and service are delivered for customers in a timely manner. Risk management to minimize the impact. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Serve as link of communication between key customers and your direct Manager. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the internal management. Offer preparation to the management of sales activities to achieve expected performance and objectives.

Personal Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years experience with measurable customer track records in the Food, Beverage industry as strong sales account manager. Relevant experience within the Flavors or related industry.
- Deep market knowledge as well as relationships in the Food , Beverage industry in Vietnam. Expertise in operations plus the ability to interact well with Customer.
- Excellent organizational and strong project management skills. Key competencies required: passionate, result-oriented, self-motivated, strong business mindset, team player, excellent people management and co-ordination skills across client and direct management.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- High level of flexibility. Good interpersonal and relationship building skill.
- Willingness to travel as this position requires extensive travel within Vietnam.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Fluency in English (written / spoken)
- IT Proficiency (MS Office). Good in Power Point presentation and able in use of all general handling computer program skills.
