Key Account Manager (Hyper Super Channel)

JOB PURPOSES:

• Managing Hayat Hyper and Super channel including the development of the strategic plan for

Nationwide Key Accounts and the operation management to increase the growth of market

share and ensure the sales performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trading term budget planning & negotiating with customers, and monitoring the spending.

• Based on understanding the insight of customers, build the forecast & promotion planning

by post by customer.

• Listing the right assortment product by account, Promotion execution on time, winning

display at main shelf & extra display, POSM planning & display.

• Business review with customer & build activities plan.

• Ensure delivery of sales target & AR on time.

• Report & manage claims back from customers.

• Solve the problem during the business.

• Report competitor’s activities, inventory & visibility.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

ACADEMIC LEVEL

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, or a closely related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Own strong experience in account management, especially Hyper & Super chain stores.

• Have good interpersonal skills, analysis skills, and moderator skills.

• Enjoy interaction with different people.

• Excellent in handling multi-tasks, good ability to work under high pressure.

• Good English communication skills is a plus.
