1. Making a sales plan for the MT
- Find & make a Listing plan for new supermarket monthly/quarterly
- Planning to list new products into supermarket chains monthly/quarterly
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to build promotion plans according to mail/post plans of each nationwide supermarket chain
2. Implement the sales plan for the MT
- Negotiate listing for new supermarket as planned
- Negotiate Listing of new products into supermarket chains as planned
- Negotiate and implement promotional plans in accordance with the mail/post plan of each nationwide supermarket chain
3. Managing the sales department of MT
- Evaluate activities monthly/quarterly
- Evaluation of promotions implemented at supermarket chains
4. Managing activities of sales dept, including:
Market development
Develop distributors/agents/points of sale on assigned management channels
