Chanel/Key Objectives:
Key Measurements: Sell-out Target, Market share, Account Spend, In-store Excellence Execution, productivity, and training.
Channels/ Account: Health & Beauty Chain, Mom & Baby Chain, Hyper-Super
Education/Training :
University degree – Business Administration or related field
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position :
Good knowledge & Sales experience in Modern Trade, Omni Channel experience is advantage.
At least 5 years experience in FMCG / healthcare industry
At least 3 years experience as KAM / Sr Key Account Assistant ( manage multi accounts)
Proven track record in building strong relationship with customer
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skill
Result oriented : drive for success and achieving objectives
Good command in English is advantage ( to learn Regional Training model)
Proven strong in Operation.
Team collaboration both internally & externally ( Galderma, 3rd Party Distributors, Customers)
Think strategically with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead resource for growth initiatives by accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and implementation within group accounts. Ability to build effective Key Account Plan, tailor-made by Key Customers Lead best in class Joint Business Plans for strategic accounts to drive business growth both for Galderma & Customers. Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and stimulate business growth in the modern trade channel. Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy insights.
2. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key modern trade accounts, negotiating terms for mutual business optimization. Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats, crafting relevant action plans.
3. Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports, and presenting insights to senior management.
4.Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building. Display an analytical mindset: ability to interpret and leverage data for valuable business
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or Life Sciences, a licensed Pharmacist is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with demonstrated knowledge of local and global vigilance regulations and submission requirements. Knowledge of medical device vigilance and cosmetic regulations and work experience in this area would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical/medical devices/cosmetic industry.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions and data.
• Good project management, problem-solving, time management, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently or as part of a team as required.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in functional processes and performance.
