JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE
- Planning, implementing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans
- Planning Budget investment trade spend, activities, POSM to increase market share & image of each brand
- Planning develops product coverage, display, and promotions at points of Sales
- Collect, analyze, evaluate market information and make proposals
- Maintain & build relationships with HO MT channel

Make a detailed plan based on the master plan: POSM, activation, sponsor…
Planning trade promotion campaign
Adjusting the plan according to the actual situation
Making updated sales trends & plan coverage
2. DEVELOP SALES
Weekly tracking work progress and push sales plan
Review sale of each system, each store to timely adjust the plan
3. SALES MANAGEMENT
Responsibility control budget & sales target achieved
Support solution solving challenge & brands issue
Evaluation market development & planning to expand market share

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the cosmetics industry in supermarkets, convenience store chains, cosmetic store chains...
- At least 3 years of experience in planning promotions, POSM, activation, sponsorship, contract agreements...
- Having experience and relationship with supermarket chains, CVS, beauty store chains...
- Having skills and experience in negotiating commercial contracts with supermarket chains, CVS, beauty store chains...
- Good sales data analysis and evaluation skills
- Good English communication skills
- Good office computer skills
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
- Be proactive in analyzing and solving problems & complete job
- Job deployment skills Good communication and Co-operation with the departments
- Honest, flexible, responsible, able to work under high pressure and deadlines
- Desire to work and long-term commitment to the company
