Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and respect
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Developing new sales opportunities; Contribute and if appropriate lead new business pitching opportunities.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives; Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- To drive profitable client relationships
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
2. Project Specific
- Effectively, delegate specific tasks based on brief requirements and coordinate with internal/ external teams
- Evaluate the response in terms of quality and profitability with the supporting team; discuss with Line Manager as necessary.
- Effectively manage and interpret Client feedback.
- Monitor progress against plan, pre-empt and if necessary resolve shortfalls.
- Identify and manage risk within acceptable limits involving your Line Manager as appropriate.
- Manage requests for information and support throughout the Team’s structure – wherever fulfillment is most profitable and effective.
3. Client Relationship & Servicing
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and our Client’s business
- Be proactive in generating additional briefs.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Account management in an international agency is a plus
- BA degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or relevant field
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills by demonstrating ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- An ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Strong account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record executing complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities in both English and Vietnamese
- Must be capable of providing guidance and mentorship to more junior staff
- Must have sound financial management skills.
