Kindergarten Admissions Cum Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions & Family Engagement

o Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families through phone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries.

o Provide school tours and consultations for prospective parents in both Vietnamese and English.

o Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

o Guide families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.

• Front Desk & Reception

o Greet all visitors and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

o Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

o Coordinate daily communication between parents and school staff as needed.

• Marketing & School Events

o Work closely with the Principal and administrative team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and open house events.

o Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials in English and Vietnamese.

o Support school branding efforts to attract both local and expat families.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in school admissions, education consultancy, or customer-facing roles in education.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in speaking with local and expatriate parents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram).

• Warm, professional demeanor with a passion for early childhood education.
