· *Full Time **Kitchen Manager(**Head Baker) / Bakery Manager*
· Follow Recipes and instructions and make sure all the required breads are made for the day
· Create a weekly schedule based on your employee’s work availability and required manpower.
· *Must be available to work Full and Split Shifts in the Morning and Evening
· Take Weekly inventory and place orders of missing supplies and ingredients

Job Requirements
· Experience working in a Baking environment/bakery is Mandatory
· Passionate Individuals who are Friendly, Energetic, Team Oriented and Motivated.
· 1-2 years of management experience (preferred)
· Have the knowledge and skills of baking and working in a bakery (preferred)
Compensation: *
(TBD)* depending on Level of Skill & Experience
Physical Demands: *
Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours at a time.
Multi-tasking
Must be Clean and organized
Ability to work at a fast pace.
Salary: based on your experience
