[Job Description]

Build and manage our Creator Incubation Zone by discovering, recruiting, and developing content creator partnerships. Execute tiered creator progression system and drive performance optimization across TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook platforms.

[Key Responsibilities]

. Recruit and onboard micro-KOCs and mid-tier creators through multiple discovery channels

. Implement tiered creator progression system (Trainee → Assistant → Core Host)

. Negotiate creator contracts, commission structures, and performance agreements

. Conduct creator training, coaching, and ongoing performance optimization

. Manage creator community events, workshops, and relationship building activities

. Monitor creator performance metrics and implement retention strategies

[Performance Metrics]

. Creator Recruitment: Monthly onboarding targets and quality assessment

. Retention Excellence: 70%+ creator active retention rate over 3-month period

. Performance Development: Creator skill improvement and content quality progression

. Community Building: Successful training sessions and engagement activities

[Essential]

. 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or business development

. Strong network within Vietnamese social media landscape (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee)

. Experience with creator contract negotiations and partnership management

. Knowledge of TikTok Creator Fund, Shopee Affiliate, Facebook Creator programs

. Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent communication skills

. Conversational English for international partnership opportunities

. Beauty/Cosmetics industry influencer campaign experience

. MCN management or talent agency operations background

. Understanding of live commerce and affiliate marketing ecosystems

. Experience managing creator communities or online groups
