※ Job Details

Position: Trading Staff (Import - Export)

Nationality: Vietnam

- Coordinate and assist Sales Manager in preparing quotations/proposals as per customers request - Follow up the enquiries, quotations from customer to ensure no missing requests

- Foster the business with our existing customers and develop new business opportunities

- Understand and follow up customer’s need and provide good customer services

- Handle export shipping documentations such as Billing of Lading, Tax Invoices and Packing List

- Review trade contracts and maintain updated information in the trading system.

- To handle compaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints

- Provide support to Export Sales Team and other administrative duties when assigned.

- To liaise with forwarders and shipping agents on delivery and shipment schedule.

- Deliver accurate trade information for monthly closing to Accounts.

※ Working Conditions

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Working Place (Location): District 2, HCMC

Annual Salary: 4,090 ~ 5,007 USD

The Term of Contract: 12 months

Degree: Bachelor´s Degree

Major: Business and Math, International Business, International trade

Experience:

- Minimum 2~3 years of working experience for retail, Export - Import business

- International Trade/Import Export major graduate, or related International Trade, Import-Export experience

- Experience on retail or F&B(Foods &Beverages) industry is a plus

Skills/Licenses:

- Fluent in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS-Office Package(Excel)

- Customer service oriented

- Passionate and enjoy serving clients / Self motivated person

- Company nearby residence is preferred
