※ Job Details

Factory General Manager (GM)

* General Affairs/Administration Management:

• Oversee office and factory operations (procurement of supplies, facility management, security, cleaning, etc.)

• Document management, processing official letters/contracts, and supporting headquarters reporting

• Support compliance with legal regulations (labor law, tax administration, etc.)

* HR/Labor Management Support:

• Manage employee attendance, payroll, and welfare.

• Support drafting and renewal of labor contracts, resignation/recruitment procedures.

• Resolve labor issues and report to headquarters

※ Working Conditions

Working Place (Location): Bac Ninh, Hanoi

Annual Salary: USD 20,000 and above

Probationary Period: 2 month

• Experience: 10 years (120months) or more

• Language: Korean(mandatory), Vietnamese

* Preferred Qualifications:

• External Cooperation: Administrative coordination with government agencies and industrial park management authorities.

• Management of external partners such as banks, insurance companies, and consulting firms
