Position: Manager

Nationality: Vietnam

- Administration & Office Management Manage office/factory operations (facilities, supplies, security, utilities) Document control, contracts, and reporting to HQ Ensure compliance with local regulations - HR & Labor Management Handle attendance, payroll, and employee benefits Manage labor contracts, hiring, and termination processes Resolve labor-related issues and report to management

- Finance & Accounting Support Prepare expense reports, payment requests, and approvals Support budgeting and cost management Liaise with accounting/tax teams or external auditors

- External Relations Coordinate with government authorities and industrial park management Manage banks, insurance providers, and service vendors

- Executive Support Assist Korean expatriates (interpretation, scheduling, travel arrangements) Collect and translate reports for HQ Organize meetings, company events, and visits

※ Working Conditions

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Working Place (Location): Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Annual Salary: 15,000 ~ 30,000 USD

The Term of Contract: 24 months

Major: Business and Math Management Information Systems Business major

Experience: Over 3 years of professional experience in the field of General Affairs

Skills/Licenses: Korean Language is a MUST
