About the Team The Global Business Strategy team is responsible for pioneering overseas markets and expanding partnerships with global banks and other credit institutions based on PFCT's AI personal credit assessment model. As a key department executing PFCT's technology-based global expansion strategy, we are at the forefront of promoting PFCT's technological capabilities in the Asian market and driving their adoption. We manage the communication process by directly engaging with banks and other credit institutions across various countries, leading technological introductions and meetings, and enhancing our models based on client requirements. Through rapid market insight acquisition and strategic execution, we contribute to PFCT's expansion into the global market.
About the Role
1. Sales and Market Development of AI Personal credit assessment model for Banks and other credit institutions - Introduce PFCT's AI personal credit assessment model to banks and other credit institutions (card companies, capital firms, etc.) and related companies utilizing credit assessment processes in the country of residence, and identify potential adoption opportunities
2. Expand Customer Touchpoints and Secure Sales Leads - Create customer touchpoints through various methods such as email, LinkedIn, and conference attendance, and build sales pipeline by arranging online/offline meetings (participating in online meetings with Korea/travel support provided when necessary)
3. Support Client Communication and Model Enhancement in Collaboration with Technical Team in Korea - Coordinate to ensure smooth negotiation process between clients and PFCT, while building trust relationships through supporting necessary documentation and communication - Through direct outreach and communication with potential clients, investigating required credit assessment functions, data environment, and regulatory considerations, and relay findings to the AI personal credit assessment model development team to support model enhancement

Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Place (Location): At Home
Annual Salary: 30,000 ~ 100,000 USD
The Term of Contract: 12 months

- Successful candidates will be hired on a full-time basis and have the freedom to extend their contract period.
- Due to the nature of the role -which involves establishing networking foundations in the early stages of global expansion- compensation includes a modest base salary plus performance-based incentives (determined by metrics such as successful meetings and completed contracts).
- Airfare and accommodation expenses will be covered in the event of business meetings or travel in Korea.

Experience:
Nice to Have
• Over 1 year of experience and/or network in banks and other credit institutions (banks, credit card companies, capital firms, etc.) or related industries, or demonstrated high-level market understanding
• Over 1 year of B2B sales and business development experience in country of residence, or deep insights into the local financial industry
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify potential client opportunities and successfully secure meetings through proactive outbound
