Mô tả công việc
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Building
Define overall brand building strategies and develop corresponding execution plans.
Develop and manage brand identity, ensuring consistency in visual identity across stores, malls, and all brand touchpoints.
Build and maintain annual marketing calendars for both online and offline platforms.
Develop and oversee CRM, loyalty programs, customer service standards, and strategic partnerships.
Regularly review market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies.
Lead market surveys, research, and business analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and optimization points.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Brand Activation
Design and implement go-to-market plans for brand portfolio in alignment with business goals.
Lead and coordinate brand activation programs to meet key channel KPIs (sales volume, market share....)
Work cross-functionally to develop effective trade promotion strategies and ensure high ROI.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade investments and marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.
Ensure team alignment on brand and trade strategies through regular communication and KPI tracking.
3. Team Leadership & Budget Management
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Coach and guide team members, fostering strategic thinking and executional capabilities.
Design, implement, and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
Monitor budget allocation and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency.
4. Local Store Marketing & Execution
Execute local marketing campaigns aligned with the national strategy.
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of catalogs, brochures, and printed materials.
Manage social media tools and drive "push campaigns" through digital channels (e.g. Facebook, TikTok).
Organize and implement in-store activations, events, and seasonal decoration campaigns.
5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Consistency
Ensure in-store displays align with brand guidelines and visual merchandising principles.
Support stores with POSM design and implementation to optimize in-store experience and engagement.
6. Performance & Communication
Analyze and report on marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Maintain strong internal communication across departments to align marketing with operations, sales, and brand objectives.
Serve as a strong voice of brand within the organization, balancing creative vision and business acumen.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in strategy building, campaign planning, and team management.
Deep understanding of consumer insight, brand management, and digital marketing.
Strong background in trade marketing, CRM, and visual merchandising.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
High sense of ownership, creativity, and commercial awareness.
