Job description
• Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and address customer complaints, promoting corrective and preventive actions. Prepare workshop inspection records related to quality areas.
• Support in resolving/handling issues in batch production. Conduct tests to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Technical and NPI (New Product Introduction) departments on New Product Development.
• Establish procedures including quality control plan preparation, sampling plans, process inspections, First Article Inspection (FAI), non-conforming product handling, data collection and analysis, etc.
Job requirements
• Proficient in office computing.
• Graduated from college or higher education. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in quality and production processes.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese for reading documents and writing reports.
• The candidate must be fluent in English or Chinese.
