Lab Analyst (Temp 8 months):
1) Implementing lab star system by follow and apply procedures , work instruction , support document and record required by the system
2/ Sampling, testing and reporting microbiology and physical chemistry, sensory tests from raw materials to finished products, including non conforming and market complained products, according to routine and non routine servicing contracts with customers at highest accuracy and timely.
3/ Maintaining and calibrating laboratory, production on line and off line equipment/instrument to ensure that those can provide accurate and reliable reading results and be ready to use at anytime.
4/ Doing QID, spot check , warehouse audit (sampling, testing and reporting) to evaluate and give recommentations for Technologists, Controllers and commercial Managers to improve beer quality in the market.
5/ Participating in TPM activities in lab including 5S

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate in Food processing/Chemistry/Bio-chemistry
- Prefer 1-2-years experience in Laboratory in Foreign Invested Manufacturing Companies
- Being careful and focus to details
- Good analytical skill
- Office computer skill (Excel, Word)
- Conversant with spoken and written English (specially jargons)
- Good communication
- Team work
- Working under high pressure.
