Lawyer

As a Lawyer at TEA Partners, you will be responsible for:

•​ Assisting clients with legal matters, including advising on real estate projects, corporate transactions, and other legal issues;

•​ Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, contracts, memoranda, and reports;

•​ Supporting licensing and registration procedures with competent authorities;

•​ Participating in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with clients;

•​ Conducting legal research and identifying potential legal risks;

•​ Performing other tasks as guided by Partners or Senior Lawyers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; (candidates who are currently studying or have obtained a Lawyer’s Practising Certificate will be given priority);

• 2–5 years of experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or government agencies. Experience in real estate, corporate law, foreign investment, or litigation is a plus;

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in written and spoken English. IELTS 7.0 or equivalent is an advantage;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

• Honest, meticulous, responsible, passionate about a legal career, and able to work under pressure.
