Key accountabilities:

1. Providing legal advisory support to clients, including:

• Transactional advisory, preparation, and review of related contracts and reports.

• Company formations and setup, reviewing complex contracts such as BTO, SPA, BCC.

• Advising on labor matters and global mobility, encompassing labor contracts, salary/remuneration structures, internal labor rules/employment handbooks/employee policies, labor disputes, visas, work permits, TRC, and matters related to foreign employees, etc.

• Providing ad hoc advisory to clients, requiring deep general knowledge.

2. Conducting legal research and internal updates on a case-by-case basis.

3. Performing other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience post-lawyer certification.

• Experience in an international law firm is mandatory.

• Fluent English proficiency in speaking and writing is essential. Preference for studies or work secondment in a foreign country, but not mandatory. German language skills are advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively in a team, with willingness and capability to supervise and review team members.

• Analytical approach to problem-solving required.

• Willingness to pursue personal development.

• Essential qualities include honesty, integrity, and a long-term commitment.
