*Công việc tư vấn pháp lý:

- Tư vấn pháp lý và lao động cho khách hàng;

- Chuẩn bị, rà soát và sửa đổi các văn bản khác nhau và tiến hành các nghiên cứu pháp lý khác nhau về vấn đề trên;

- Xử lý hoặc hỗ trợ các thương vụ M&A và các giao dịch khác của công ty;

*Các nhiệm vụ nội bộ:

- Cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn nội bộ cho Bộ phận kế toán, Bộ phận Thành lập doanh nghiệp và các bộ phận khác trong AGS nếu giám đốc hoặc trưởng bộ phận pháp lý yêu cầu;

- Cung cấp các tài liệu khác nhau như tài liệu hướng dẫn, tài liệu cho nội bộ / hội thảo bên ngoài, tin tức và bất kỳ yêu cầu khác do giám đốc hoặc trưởng bộ phận pháp lý yêu cầu;

- Hướng dẫn đào tạo nhân viên của bộ phận pháp lý và các phòng ban khác;

- Hợp tác và hỗ trợ giám đốc và trưởng bộ phận pháp lý trong việc phát triển dịch vụ tư vấn pháp lý và lao động, bao gồm việc thành lập một công ty luật theo yêu cầu của AGS;

*Legal Consulting Tasks (Main Tasks):

- Providing legal and labor consulting to clients;

- Preparing, reviewing and revising various documents and conducting various legal research regarding above;

- Handling or providing support for M&A cases and other corporate deals; - *Internal tasks

- Providing internal consulting to Accounting Department, Incorporation Department and other departments in AGS if directed, requested or admitted by director or legal manager;

- Providing various materials such as educational materials, materials for internal/ external seminar, new-letter and any other ones requested by director or legal manager;

- Training staffs in legal department and other departments;

- Cooperating with and supporting director and legal manager developing our legal and labor service including but not limited to establishing a law with AGS's request (representative offices);

- Composing business establish records and perform related tasks;

- Preparing necessary documents for foreigners residence and working in Vietnam;

- Translating relevant documents;

- Có chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư, kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm;

- Trình độ tiếng Nhật tương đương JLPT N3 trở lên, hoặc tiếng Anh TOEIC 800;

- Kỹ năng làm việc tốt với Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...);

- Làm việc siêng năng, cẩn thận; có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao; có định hướng làm việc trong môi trường Nhật;

- Have Lawyer’s certificate, at least 2 years experiences;

- Japanese Certificate equivalent to JLPT N3 or above/ or TOEIC 800;

- Work well with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point...);

- Good working attitude and diligent;

- Have a high sense of responsibility;

- Have an interest in working with Japanese clients and managers;
