Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Assist in Drafting, reviewing transaction documents (share purchase, spin-off, merger, acquisition restructuring)
2. Assist in drafting, amending, reviewing of the charter, JVA, authorization chart, convening the board resolutions and the shareholder resolution of the companies within the group
3. Assist in the filling with local authorities (e.g amending license as a result of share transfer, merger)
4. Update the latest laws and regulations
5. Coordinate with accounting firm and law firms on the above matter

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Around 8 -15 legal experience, either lawyer form law firm or in house legal of company is acceptable
- Lawyer from notable law firm in the area of M&A. Experience with foreign law firms is preferred
- In house legal for companies in the area of real Estate, construction and/ or banking. Experience with headquarter legal for a conglomarate is preferred
- English proficiency is a must
- Bachelor/Master degree in law
- Background in commercial/business law/ M&A is a plus
- Vietnamese Lawyer license is required
