Specifically, this role will:
• Operating all kinds of machines such as laser cutters, piping cutters, embroidery machines, label printers
• Ability to operate specialized machines for decorative labels on clothes
• Experience in handling orders of big brands such as Nike, Tommy, Lacoste, Adidas,….
• Collaborate with the customer and BU team to develop the first sample according to the customer's requirements
• Check laser cutting samples, piping cutting samples, embellishment before sending to customers
• Ensure approval samples for bulk production of embroidery, piping, and embellishment are in accordance with customers' requirements and standards
• Visit manufacturing plants and establish standard processes to meet customer quality standards
• Modify samples as required and ensure BU team, cutting, production, and other related departments are updated in a timely manner.
• Organize necessary training and awareness programs with internal teams to share customer’s standards, innovations, new methods and improve productivity
• Be a teamwork member
• Handle problems quickly and flexibly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Training Certificate in an official training School in Garment Technology/ Industry or relevant fields
• Experience in laser cutters, piping cutters, embroidery machines, label printers operation in manufacturing is a must (5 years);
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, MS Office;
• Buyer’s workplace standards & requirements.
• Strong understanding of current legal regulations applied to manufacturing companies
• Good communication skills, negotiation skill, problem solving skill, planning skill and interpersonal skill.
• Analytical, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline.
• Positive working attitude, a result - oriented and good team player.
