- Develop partnership with LCL co-loader partners
- Promote LCL business development internally.
- Lead and build the strategy to get the competitive pricing and good products
- Design, implement and expand LCL products by strategic set-up of own consolidation box lanes and co-loading out lanes through co-working with the organization’s LCL co-loader partners.
- Participate and provide guidance in moving forward to the right direction from LCL market perspective
- To achieve and maintain a competitive cost structure for the consolidation and LCL services
- To coordinate the group efforts in establishing new LCL markets and trade lanes
- To work with ocean operations to initiate and implement procedures and systems establishing more efficient workflows
- To scrutinize and to be up to date on prevailing market conditions and competitors
- To establish and increase the multi country consolidation services/partnerships.
- Have the right to refuse some requests from external & internal customers which conflict with company policy
- Have the right to proposal to Senior Manager for good execution and achieve targets assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor, college of foreign trade economic
• Knowledge of Transportation industry
• Good in English
• Good Computer skills (MS Office)
• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or related.
• 5 years of Ocean Freight Forwarding LCL experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of LCL industry including the daily operation.
• Proven strength in strategical and conceptual thinking and design, implement and execute strategy.
• Strong leadership with proactive communication skill to demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
• Knowledge of Transportation industry
• Good in English
• Good Computer skills (MS Office)
