• The individual should be able to understand the customer’s transportation requirements, recommend the best LCL solution, and provide quotes in a timely manner.
• The Sales Executive will need to stay up to date with market trends and competition, and continuously identify new business opportunities.
• The individual will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the LCL business.
Main tasks :
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in order to drive sales growth.
• Identifying potential new business opportunities and proactively pursuing them.
• Creating and delivering effective sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitiveness.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including proposals, contracts, and customer information.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2+ years of experience in LCL sales, freight forwarding, or logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of LCL shipment procedures and processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Salary range: Open
