Mô Tả Công Việc
* PSI:
• Manage PSI based on budget plan and in-depth analysis of sales results and forecast to assist business decisions.
• Monitor and propose actions for EOL product & long-term inventory.
* 4Ps:
• Work with factories to develop new product and improve existing ones if needed.
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities. Always keep updated market intelligence for immediate reaction.
• Develop performance analysis reports and suggest for future promotions.
• Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customer data.
• Maintain and manage competitive pricing in line with company’s strategy.
• Co-operate with other Sections to develop and execute Sales policy, Sales target, promotions, converged marketing activities.
• Visit market/ key customers and/or support events on frequent basis.
• Developing new product value propositions and targeted feature sets.
• Others:
+ Report to the GM/Section Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly.
+ Other tasks assigned by GM/ Section Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 2 years of working experience in relating field.
• Being good at teamwork, will-do spirit and detail oriented, logical thinking.
• Hard-working, proactive, and high sense of responsibilities.
• Good communications in English.
• Working well under pressure, independently.
• Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), SAP, CRM.
• Willing to go on business trip.
