- Welcoming customers at the VIP Lounge of the shopping mall - Taking care of VIP customer, ensures customer satisfaction when using VIP Lounge - Providing information for VIP customers, ensuring the best conditions at the VIP Lounge - Collect information from potential customers to support making VIP cards
