- Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal colleagues as needed
- Actively manage daily output for the effective management of queues for a team of 12 Analysts
- Plan for team’s performance on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis as per work ware standards
- Actively manage performance of individuals
- Perform regular 1 on 1’s
- Provide daily Quality feedback
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Prior experience in either Payments Processing or Trade and Assets would be highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Understanding of Sanctions and Sanctions Standards
- Strong written and Verbal skills

- Strong workware knowledge
- Curiosity and Investigation mind set
- Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business and preference to post graduate qualifications desirable but not essential.
